Headache in right side of head, ringing ears, pressure in head and twitching

Since about a month before Christmas I have had a constant pain in the right side, top of my head, it's not quite like a headache, it's more just a dull ache that usually goes away if I take some painkillers. I have also had a constant ringing in both ears which is worse at night when its quiet. Just lately thought my hands and feet have started twitching at random times, nothing huge but its a noticeable twitch. On occasions, It also feels like a great pressure in my head and I feel dizzy but not quite enough to make me fall over, just a bit disorientated. Any idea what it might be?
