Headache, numbness and dizziness

Hi all... I posted a few days ago about headaches but they've gotten worse and need support and talk to someone who can relate. I've had these horrible headaches along with head numbness and extreme dizziness. Dizziness like my brain is being shaken... Without my head actually moving... If that makes sense. It's actually Soo bad I'm considering going to the ER but afraid the doc won't do anything for me since they know I'm a hypo and have legit been to the ER about 35 times, in 3 months. Just in 3 months I've had a CT scan on my abdomen, chest and head!! Just because I thought I was dying from something because of my debilitating anxiety symptoms!! I need help to get a grip on reality!!! Please anyone!!

Are you seeking any therapy options? Really think you'd benefit from some CBT xx

I am so sorry to hear you’re having a rough time
but I am with you on this. My arms get numb and rather a pins and needles feeling. My hands too, my neck. I’ve had headaches everyday. Tylenol, Advil doesn’t help. I have a new symptom every day. Yesterday and today I started itching and now it’s freaking me out!!! I’m positive if you’ve had every test done you are okay. Maybe just see if you can get meds for your headache?

Thank you! Yeah I'm gonna call my doc and finally serender into meds and get on something. I'm sorry about your symptoms as well. I've had the arm pain and numbness... I went to the ER one time, cuz I thought it was a sign of heart attack.

1. Bravo for getting tests done and ruling things out! Also for joining here.
2. Try to take peace in the fact that tests seldom are inaccurate, and the doctors are taking you seriously regardless of often you are seeing them.
3. Consult a new perspective like a pharmacist or a naturopath to see if this is something worth exploring in a different direction - they will point you in the direction of pain relief or supplements you may need
