Headache on left side. Spread to top and front triggered by whoosh feeling on top

I started getting mild aches on the left side of my head about a year ago (behind left eye, nose and above left side of upper jaw. I the past month or so it has started appearing on top (centre) and front (forehead) and seems to be triggering strange headrush feelings on the top of my head that are very difficult to describe but lead to headache at top of head that usually lasts for an hour or two. This is alongside neck pain (mostly at the top) but no rash etc.

A couple of days ago I got severe vertigo where the room was visually moving left to right. Only vomiting would stop the movement. Went to A&E and they said it was likely unconnected, but I'm not sure. They tried to trigger it with Elpey manoeuvre but couldn't. They said there was no reason to do a CT scan.

No other visual artefacts, co-ordination is fine.

Slight numbness in left pinky finger and little toe.
