Headache or irritation in back right side?

So recently or for a few weeks I guess I’ve just had minor headaches or irritation or straining in the back of my head, I don’t drink as much water as I should but also have been having a lot of back pain too and wondering if back pain could contribute to that pain I’m feeling in the back of my head, I was stressing all day thinking I have a brain aneurism, or a tumor or something serious, because I can’t seem to figure it out, I know a lot of people deal with migraine or headache problems like this and have had them for months but would like to get a little insight or some closure on this experience I’m feeling, thanks.
