Headache that cycles to gut pain/nausea

I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder/Panic Disorder

That is being treated with Lexapro

This seems to reduce anxiety down but still have a problem of headaches/ neck aches that seem to cycle throughout the day to gut aches but not usually both at the same time.

The headaches ive always thought were sinus as also have a lot of post nasal drip down neck but not so sure. I have a sit down job and get pain in neck which I think then maybe causes tension headaches.

I dont see many migraine symptoms like one sided pain - but occassionally. Very occassional vision changes or aura but not often so not sure whether its tension based headaches, sinus, or migraine. Not sure why it cycles to gut pain throughout the day and back to headache.

Could eye strain be contributing too maybe?

Thinking anxiety could be playing a role in this though too.
