Headache that lasts 24/7 for more than a year!

Its a pressure sensation across my forehead, it is accompanied by brain fog. It can also be debilitating. I wake up and I have it and I go to sleep and I still have it. It never goes away and it has been here for about a year. It feels like a balloon is being filled up in my head.

Any thoughts would be awesome. I also have bad fatigue that has lasted for more than a year. I am unable to work and go to school. I am 21 years old. Thank you, Sam.
