So I have been having odd or different headaches since having anxiety. Currently I randomly have been having odd spasm like headaches in the back of my head. I told my doctor and he states they are possible stress headaches but they scare me . Any else experience this ?

Hi Julio, I am currently coming to the end of extensive medical tests as I have been suffering from deep body shudders, We are close to a diagnosis of extream stress.
Don't under estimate the effect of stress, do all you can to remove or reduce the cause and you will return to normal, good luck John.

Thank you John 1939. Your right stress has a major role in it. That's why my doctor thinks they are tension based headaches. Let us know what they tell you and good luck
