Headaches

I've been dealing with headaches for a few weeks. Not my typical anxiety symptoms but, because of my health anxiety and my mind looking for the next disease to kill me, how bad does a headache REALLY have to be before it's something concerning? I get these good aweful thunderstorm headaches with head numbness and lots of dizziness.

Hi, like a thunderstorm in your head with sharp pains like bolts of lightening plus aching behind eyes that can make them and nose run.

Plus its eased a bit by moving out of bright light..

Yes!! That's what I experienced!! I just posted earlier today.. I stupidity hit my forehead really bad on my dryer door and instantly feared the worst with my symptoms. I went to the ER but they wouldn't scan me for a bleed!!

Hello Christina, what meds are you taking? 99.9% of pharmaceutical drugs have side effects. They commonly target our nerves. They temporarily numb nerves to feel better but their potency wears off. They don't actually target the disease. They will only create another disease because of it's side effects. Another thing is, do you drink coffee and tea a lot? They are stimulants that affect our nervous system.

I’m going through the exact same thing, what are your heading numings like? Do you ever get a “hot” sensations? Also, how would you describe your thunderstorm headaches?

Hi.. no hot sensations but numbness. The thunderstorm I experienced is in the front of my head and it feels exactly like a thunderstorm rolling from one side to the other... If that makes sense... With a crackling sensation.
