Headaches

hi does anyone get anxiety headaches? ive been having a headache for two weeks at least, its on the right side at the back and sometimes it feels like its in my cheekbone area and side of my face, thanks 😃

    ueah i used to get headache all the time with my anxiety its tension that causes the headaches. are you getting help with your anxiety? on any medication for it??

      thank you for replying, i am not taking medication. ive had all sorts of tests for ibs and the dr said it was stress/anxiety induced but didnt tell me what to do. im looking into self referral cbt.

      brilliant. i suffered really bad tension headaches and they only thing that got rid of them for my was medication did take a few weeks to ease the presure but works brilliantly xx

      You should take migraine pills during attacks. At least to ease the pain. There is nothing bad for health in this. But if the pills do not help or the pain does not stop, you need to check up with a competent doctor.

      Thank you. I've been taking panadol. Phoned the dr and he is calling me tomorrow afternoon.

    Hi, I experience a tightness sensation in the head - I wouldn't really call this painful just very uncomfortable. It plays with my balance and feels very odd, I am unable to think clearly during this period. Are these typical symptoms of a tension headache ? When I am at home or relaxed I have no such problems at all....

      mine is sort of similar, its uncomfortable, what youre describing does sound like a tension headache

    Yes, I used to get headaches in the back of my head due to stress. But after I started taking an evening walk in a nearby park, it got better.
