I have headaches daily which will turn into severe headache if I don't take something for pain.  And, at times I have the pins and needle sensations you are speaking of in my arms.  As for blurry vision, my vision is so poor anyway!  The last couple of weeks I have bad pain in my legs.  I am very frustrated with doctors now.  All they want to keep doing is test after test and  I am not getting answers.  I can't help but think sometimes that they really don't care and it's all about money with them.  So sorry Joyce for your pain and hope you get some relief soon.

No nothing works unless it's really strong painkillers from gp but they only make me drowsy so I can't take then as I work full time. I do get a bit relief after work when I get home and recline on my sofa and rest my neck. Gp might be able to give you something.

Yeah I am at a computer for 8 hrs a day for 5 days. It does get difficult but then I spend my lunch hour on my own in a quiet room and rest my neck and close my eyes which helps me until I finish at 5pm. It does get easier if that's the word. I have learned to live with it a bit better and I dont let it get to me so much now. Night times are the worst for my back though. Do you sleep well Joyce??

I, too, am on a computer five days a week, 7 hours a day. I do get headaches sometimes during the day, especially if I don't eat, but mine are worse at night. I wake up every night with a pounding hradache. Imiitrex once worked, but lately not so much. Yes, it does wear me down. Fortunately, I have an understanding boss and coworkers.

Hi.i consider pin needles, burning and headache partly because our muscles goninto spasm. So if you masage your neck only lightly with a mix if any oil and fry crushed garlic in it.then add tumeric powder, black seed or black seed oil or both and apply warm it might help . remember we only needlight masage at nneck.do not fotget to do exercises advice by physiotherapists.

The symptoms you describe are inkeeping with cervical spondylosis - you may need a cervical MRI scan. I help run a group with over 800 members on Facebook its called Cervical Myelopathy support Group - you are all most welcome to join. Many of our members also suffer with cervicogenic headaches
