Headaches and Dizziness constant.

I wear contacts. I’ve noticed my vision had gotten worse for the last few month and also during all this time I’ve had really bad eye pressure and headaches and bad dizziness. Could this be from my vision being bad?

You may want to see your optometrist for an eye examination. If your condition is serious, he/she may even refer you to an ophthalmologist. Hope you eyesight is taken care of early.

I wore contact lenses in my 20's and 30's, but had to give them up. Headaches and dry eyes were the main reasons.

My first question would be do you sleep in your Contact Lenses? If so that is the first thing I would change. Our eyes need a break once in a while and need oxygen. When we wear contact lenses for a prolong amount of time it changes the shape of the cornea and can effect your vision. Once the contacts are removed for a few days vision should return to normal. If you do not wear your contacts for long periods of time and dont sleep in them then my next question would be if it has been awhile since your last eye exam? Your vision may have changed causing you headaches and blurred vision. Hop this helps.
