Yessss, I get both those symptoms all the time!

There was a period for about 4 months I'd say where my physical symptom of anxiety was the dizzyness. All day, every day pretty much. Felt like I was on a boat all the time, swaying around. It was soooo annoying. N every now and then I'd get that head rush feeling like whoooshhh!! SUPER dizzy... and then fine again lol.

The dizzyness has gone away for most part now... But the eye pains/headaches I get here and there still, whenever I'm feeling extra anxious. It's like behind my eyeball, in that socket, just dull pain all day. I try to massage the bone around my eyebrow but usually I just take tylenol and that helps get rid of it.

Yesi get these types of headaches often. Starts in front of my head and behind my eyes. I also experience the dizziness as well. But it has lightened up sum. I can control it better when I breath for 1 minute inhale through nose 4 sec hold for 4 sec exhale for 6 sec. This seems to help me. I no when it's a particular anxious day for myself because those two symptoms for me go hand in hand. I'm in therapy and it has helped. Theres some really great apps i use Pacifica alot of the mindfulness and breathing support are free on the app i love it. I also watch the anxiety guy on YouTube love him. Hope i helped a little. And hope you feel better.

I read this problem of headaches is a severe issue. Yes, this is anxiety. Migraines are a common cause of headache pain and disability. They also can be associated with at least one form of dizziness. Before you talk to your doctor about dizziness, think about the best way to

    Hello,

Yes - what you are describing are tension headaches which gives a pressure type feeling (not painful) in the head and dizziness / off-balance. I have the same issues which I can almost describe as a fog slowly building in my head, if it is of any help have had MRI scan etc. - found nothing physically wrong.

Am due to go back again to the doctors for help, have been using Amitriptyline but still very uncomfortable with this issue - at the end of the working day it feels like a tight band has been wrapped around my head.

At weekends and in my own enviroment I experience no such problems, it's all down to tension / anxiety / stress - you may feel your eyesight feels odd (like being out of it / dream like state or slightly duink) this is your brain/body defense working to pull you away/out of the stressful situation.

    Hope this helps.

YES!!!!! For the past month i have had a headache every single day, on the right side of my forehead, on my eyebrow bone and it'll hurt my eye. I keep worrying every single day that i have a brain tumor, or cancer! my doctor said its all part of the anxiety/depression phase. (i was diagnosed with GAD two weeks ago, and started meds.) I haven't seen a change yet, but i am praying every single day. You are not alone!!!

Headaches and Dizziness are very common symptom of anxiety but these symptoms are also related to vertigo. In vertigo you feel things around you are moving and you feel headache.

Yes, this is related to anxiety. Breathing techniques like Pranayam and meditation really helps. Plus when I am anxious, I apply a soothing oil on my temples, it really helps and with constant chanting of OM, I am able to reduce my stress.

Significant reduction in headaches and pain behind the eyes. I also feel light. Try it.
