i have been on Citalopram 10mg. as much as i have feeling very much like myself. I keep getting really bad tension headaches and i feel tired. I havent taken any pain killers cause im too scared. Can i take ibruprofen/acetamorphin to reduce the aches?

Hi Sharon,
Im also on 10mg. Cut out caffeine and Alcohol. Force yourself to get a good nights sleep. Also get dome exercise as I found that helps with the headaches.
I take tylenol.
