Headaches caused by physical exertion?

I have been suffering from headaches along the front of my head when doing physical activity (i.e. manual labor/shoveling dirt, moving rocks). I drink a lot of fluids (water and coffee) prior to the headaches brought on by the manual labor. I am in my early 50's, have worked out nearly everyday lifting weights and cardio for the past 25 years, am not overweight and consider myself to be in excellent shape. I do not get the headaches when working out, just when bending, shoveling etc... I also have low/normal BP of 110/70 and a pulse of 58. I am hoping someone can help me out with a suggestion or tip. Thx
