Headaches/earaches ongoing

Hi there

my story might seem a bit long but I some details are necessary and would be grateful if you could provide some advice. Several years ago I went to the doctor because I was getting a very blocked nose but not with a cold but it was scabby/hardened stuff on the inside making it hard to breathe. the doctor took a swab test then a week or so later called me and from what I can remember she asked me "if I was alone", I was but cant remember what she said then said quickly "well we'll get you into the clinic and clear that up for you". by the first phrase it sounds like something really serious in my opinion. i never got to go back to clinic so I dont know what it was or if her asking if I was alone to speak to her if that meant bad news.

years on I have a clear liquid that runs down my nose and again the same blood and scabs in nose.

furthermore I have had quite irritating ear ache the past few years too which I have been to a doctor twice about it then a specialist who gave me drops and medicine, it cleared up then came back again. I dont know if the situations are related.

so yeah main symptoms are all of the above. can anyone advise me thank you
