Do you get pain at the base of your head as well? Kind of like the pain is going from your eye through to the back or is it just behind your eye? Does your eye twitch?

its mainly at the front but sometimes can go to the back

Do you keep a headache diary? Do they happen at certain times of the month? Or could you possibly be getting the pain after eating or drinking something? I will get pain over my right eye if I have too much artificial sweeteners,.

hi han the unknown must be driving you mad, it's easier to know than not. they could be stress of food related, glasses related (even though you've seen the optician). just ask then write on here once you know.

Maybe it's your vision or maybe sinus headaches. I get sinus headaches just like that.
