I'm so tired of trying to figure this stuff out.. These headaches are sometimes before my cycle BUT this month with the heat and rain I guess it could be due to the air pressure... Is this why ppl move to Arizona? Or could it be due to stress-- I don't consider myself to have a stressful life but sure I can ' over think' about stuff or have to deal with normal family things.

I use nose spray because that could help.. I also use Severe Tylenyol Sinus with a cold rag over my forehead. Is there anything else I should be using? oils? These bad headaches don't last too long but they are annoying because when they hit, I feel really lousy..
