I get an occipital headache almost every night-- it usually wakes me up with a stabbing pain @ 2-4 a.m. I've tried different pillows, different sleep positions...can't seem to get the right answer. Much of it has to do with how much I irritate the muscle during the day, but it only manifests at night. Can someone please, please help me; the triptans I'm taking are slowly killing me.
