Almost a year ago my heal began hurting are running at a school event for my son and daughter. The pain is there everyday and when I do not have some sort of shoe on I can hardly walk on it. If I sit for even 5 minutes and get up the pain is so bad that I have to favor that foot and limp which is starting to cause pain in my ankle and knee. What could this possibly be. I have tried everything from just relaxing it to icing it
