Health anxiety ???

H i everyone , I am new to this .

Feeling overwhelmed and lost have always had anxiety but have been able to keep it under control for the most part. The last few weeks have been very bad have been having funny symptoms

brain fog ,fatigue , dry mouth , headache, neck pain ,muscle twitching, cold feet ,loss appetite, feel like i cant think properly and have started to panic when i have to talk in work to colleagues or clients or speak on phone . I feel like i cant or wont be able to speak but i can and speak and do it but it send s me in complete and utter panic I just want to get run get out of there . Mind is racing with worst case scenario I feel like i am losing my mind . has anyone had similar ??

Have appointment with the doctor soon. i thought maybe i was deficient in something that may be contributing to symptoms but bloods have all come back ok so far . going ask doc for neurology referral to rule out anything there . any help would be greatly appreciated

    hi kim. I am very sorry you are going through this. I know exactly what you’re talking about because I’ve had those same sensations many many times. all my testing came out normal even neurological testing. don’t be surprised if the neurologist does not find anything. But it’s good to get things checked out anyway.

    is there anything in your life causing you stress and anxiety? The underlying anxiety that you have may be coming to the surface. And it can definitely cause all of those sensations that you have!

    those symptoms and sensations are not harmful when they are due to anxiety and stress.

    to decrease the sensations, get your mind as relaxed as possible whenever you can. I listen to relaxing meditations for anxiety during the day and also when I’m laying down to sleep. There’s so many of them on YouTube.

    I also speak with a counselor virtually which is very helpful. Just a suggestion if this happens to go on for a while.

      I lost someone very close to me 2 months ago also feel like work is adding to anxiety too have stressful job have been considering cutting back hours for while until i get to better place if i can . I know they are all contributing to my current state. I am going make appointment to speak with counselor too . Definitely going try the relaxation

      meditation. thanks again for being so kind 💕
