HI Sam I work in mental health so I can sympathise with you it’s terrible thing being anxious all the time especially through worry about your health. I can only say that your life in the past is the past you have changed your life completely so please leave that behind, now you can take control and enjoy your life and your wee daughter or you can waste it just continuing to worry your self sick we have all worried about our health one time or another but you’ve watched a film and your now thinking all sorts and your mind is going straight to your loved ones that’s passed away try and stay away from films like this and also google because google isn’t always right. The pain you have could be anything from lying in bed the wrong way to a muscle ache but the more you worry about it the worse it’s going to feel. I take it the doctor has said what it could be?. Please please Sam try and enjoy your daughters young life and your own. Take care xx

Hi, Sam! I'm sorry you're dealing with so much anxiety. It can be hard not to think about all of the possible health problems out there and being told to relax and not think about them can have the opposite effect. It might help to distract yourself: play with your little girl, read a book or watch a movie, go for a walk. Exercise can actually help reduce stress and anxiety and the bonus is that it can boost your health. A clean diet can help, too. If you're not already seeing a therapist, I urge you to make an appointment. We have no qualms about getting help for our physical woes but sometimes wait too long to address mental/emotional health issues. There are options out there and you're still so young-you have the power to turn this around! I hope this helps, even in some small way and your road towards healing starts soon.?
