Health anxiety

Hey laura and a hello to all of you. I'm not going to tell my story cuz its been written here in this discussion many times and then some but what I am going to say is this, I'm 26 years old and I've been suffering from anxiety about my health for about a year and a half, until a wise man gave me the cure recently about a couple of months ago... FIGHT IT, look it straight in the eye and say take your best shot. The wise man is my father and he told me a story about himself when he was about my age maybe even younger he was going through some bad times and he was scared about his health but he decided that he had 2 options keep being scared or just stop being scared and he chose the second. so he took out his bike and just started riding it and pushing him self because he had had enough he was either going to pass out and confirm that he was sick or nothing was going to happen and guess what nothing happened. That's what I'm trying to do now and I have to say it's working.

Hey Laura iv been reading yours an Adams story's. I'm 26 years old from the U.S , Tennessee to be exact. I'm been suffering from anxiety for the last 4 years. Alcohol poisoning I think triggered it idk but anyways.. i am constantly struggling day by day. Some days are better than others , some not so much. Iv been to the hospital numerous of times, blood work, ekg all that good stuff everything comes back normal. Chest pain arm pain shortness of breath flushed hot face etc iv had it all. I also have gerd acid reflux an high blood pressure witch is under control. For example today I get home after a long week out on the road , arm an back pain flushed face. Heart rate normal. Checked blood pressure normal 132/71 74bpm . I'm just to Yung for this. It's a constant battle always thinking somethings wrong with me.. i just won't to be normal. Yes. I too am worried sick. I almost cannot function. My chest flutters and I am scared. How do you cope?
