Health anxiety

I went to the doctor and got checked with blood tests and blood pressure and even Ecg, I had symptoms like heart palpatations and weakness also dizziness. Doctors said every test was good and normal but I cant believe them. I WANT TO BELIEVE THEM BUT I CANT. It is my anxiety that thinks that just because they said they needed to fix the ecg, My mind says that they did not even fix it and the results are incorrect, that they don't care about my health. I also think that the symptoms I had before is from my anxiety before my visit to them. Like not being able to sleep and rapid heart rate but also fatigue. How on earth am I supposed to get out of this cycle. If going to the doctors don't help, then what will? Should I just go to the doctors again?

I feel for you as I also live with health anxiety.

Did the doctor explore your mental health during the appointment ?

No because I did not tell them that I had anxiety. I was too focused on the ecg thing that I did not even think of saying it

That's understandable. How do you feel about opening up that sort of discussion with them ?
