Health anxiety and a mark on my clit, help?

hi,

so i have really bad health anxiety and have done since i was raped aged 16 by an ex boyfriend..

i am with a new partner now (2 years) and never have vaginal issues however i saw this red mark on my clit, freaked and googled and google scared me further into panicking about vulva problems:( it doesnt hurt unless i keep pulling back the hood and poking it obviously, could this just be a mark from past trauma? have been tested last year and was clear

    must add, google was saying vulva cancer (i know its so rare) and due to my health anxiety, i cant get it out of my head

    have spoken to doctors over the phone and they are confident i dont need to worry, but without physical examinatoon my mind wont rest:(

      thank you so much! ive made myself a bit sore now from pulling the hood back and concerned myself further so annoyed at myself but i appreciate your reply a lot! time to just leave it alone, still not painful x
