Health anxiety and noise sensitivity

Hi, I have health anxiety and was wondering if anyone else has these symptoms. I have a lot of symptoms everyday and they change. Right now i am experiencing sensitivity to noise and ringing in ears. I feel like my ears are sensitive to noise and whenever i hear something a little loud they start to like rumble and it hurts. I also experience head rushes and dizziness. Does anyone else experience these symptoms?

Yea, I dont know why we get these symptoms. I have told my doctor about it and had many blood tests and ecg and scans which come out normal. My doctor also says its due to anxiety but sometimes its hard to accept it. My last scans are mri of my head and spine to make sure its nothing neurological. I have also been having mang pains and aches all over my body which apparently is also caused by anxiety.

I'm not sure about the rumbling, but when my anxiety is high, loud noises seem to physically hurt and they almost make me angry.
