Health Anxiety/chest pain/abdominal pain/Dizzyness

Hi all.

First of all,sorry for my typing errors in advance. I will try to make this as short as possible. For the last 2-3 years i have been struggling with lightheadness. Not like the room is spinning ,but more like i am gonna fall over/pass out. i have seen the gp many times, Tried so many different vitamins and tablets,nothing helped. I was eventually referred to a Neurologist. Mri test brain done, all was fine. Neurologist could not explain symptoms and blamed it on stress. Fast Forward to July 2022. I was smoking, sitting on my phone and all off a sudden i got a massive pain in my chest and i could feel my whole body going ice cold. I did not think much off it but gave up smoking. A week later i had the worst chest pain i ever experienced up until then. Called an ambulance and went to A&E. Ecg,chest x ray and blood test done. All came back normal. Doctor blamed it on costochondritis. was given naxopren 500 mg, 3 times a day. Took for 4 weeks and nothing improved. Now i was starting to cough up mucus and cough a lot on top of chest pain. I saw a pulmonologist and he done a lung strenght/asthma test and a chest Ct- scan and all was fine. I started to feel like an idiot going back to gp. He blamed it on acid reflux now. Even though i had a nissen fundopication done 5 years ago and i know what reflux is, i went to have a gastropocy , 24 ph test and manometey and ct scan pelvis abdomen. all was fine of course. i started to learn to live with my chestpain,as i know i cant have a heart attack for more then 6 months, But i am now constantly googling. Gp is tired of me i think and blames it on anxiety and stress. work was very understanding and i went off sick for 5 months. At the start of those 5 months i took citalopram 20mg. But after relaxing for 5 months i still have chest pain and dizzyness. Gp wants me to try sertraline now. Also wearing a 5 day holter monitor. Any people with similar symptoms ? i am googling 24/7, thinking i have cancer or that i will die from heart failure. i was such a happy person and this ruined my life. I love my life, i love my job,my family. Sudden deaths in media are not helping, I am crying right now.
