Health anxiety due to current symptoms, need some hints.

This is 37 years old male from Canada writing in regards some health concerns that i am facing with lately.

Hope i can get some answers.

Just a few months earlier i started to experience some fatigue accompanied with some sense of a mental confusion and brain fogs.

Also , some sense of instability when walk..but not all the time..comes and goes.

Anxiety was present as well, partially due to my health concerns and partially because i am going through the seperation after 10 yrs of marriage.

The latest and the most scary one that i experienced was so called split second "brain zaps"...it happed twice so far in a one month period.

Very brief electical shock kinda feeling ...i feel a bit confused after and have to slow down, but i would get back to normal very quick.

I have a coming appointment with Neuro as well..

So far, I've done blood work which came back within range. B12 sitting at 540, iron high as well, blood suggar 4.6 etc

Urine normal.

ECG normal with average heart rate of 50 bpm.

Haven't checked my vitamin D yet and will do if necessary.

The only MRI that i ever had was back in 2014, and was done on the entire spine. But my major complaint was a lower back pain, and a shooting pain in my right leg that goes down all the way to my toe.

MRI revealed L4&L5 bulging and also L5&S1.

And also on the MRI report states that the 1.2 cm Tarlov cyst was noted on L2 level.

I am non smoker. Never used any recreational drugs, that includes weed as well. 6'1 with 185 lbs

Very fit but stopped working out since i am not in a right mental state now.

I am very anxious since all this is very frightening and confusing.

Since english is not my first language,I did the best i could in regards to my language and literacy skills.

Regards

      Hi..

This type of cyst is not easily treatable. In majority of people is asymptomatic, but if increases in size and becomes symptomatic than it can cause array of problems....

If u Google it, u ll learn that only few doctors in the world have expertise in successfully operating this cyst. Including one guy in London , UK as well.

I need to go and re-do my MRI in regards to my cyst and see an actual size.

      Thanks

You look very fit all I can see is some problems with your lower spine. Most of that looks like you may have been weight lifting or your posture needs addressing

You are suffering Anxiety and that will cause the problems you have. Your tests look fine although remember we are not Doctors or Specialists in any of above Specialities.

Regards lower back you may learn to lift, keeping your back straight and lift with your legs not the spine. I have problems with my Spine and I am Chronically disabled, I used to lift, now I do not You can also purchase books on Amazon that deals with posture, lifting and sitting in a comfortable way. Do not slump.

Remember when you lift straight spine chin in lift with your legs, as explained on my past lifting course, before I retired

I suffer Sciatica in both legs, only the nuro will be able to check you there and to be honest

Thank u kindly for the response sir...

This lower back problem probably originates since my army days.

I ve done weight lifting... assuming in a safely manner but i certainly made mistakes along the way. .:-)

I also volunteered at the FoodBank where a lot of heavy lifting was involved. ... my back do have a reason not to be quite right....

I'll try to get back on the old rails and knock down this mental barrier in my head..

Anxiety can really mees people up and i do pray for all folks out there...
