I’m 29 female and I’ve been suffering with anxiety forms long as I can remember especially social and health anxiety but my health anxiety seems to be getting worse and worse I was on medication but stopped because I wanted to try and do it on my own but I can’t do this anymore like right now I’m scared of cancer especially skin cancer because I’m albino even though I never go out in the sun in a weeks time I don’t even spend 5 minutes total in the sun  but idk what to do I guess I should try to get back on medication because it’s becoming unbearable I’m starting to get more and more panic attacks

I know how you feel I suffer from terrible Health Anxiety. I think the medication hasn’t helped a little actually. I’m on lexapro which has calmed me a little. As for skin cancer, being Irish, I’ve worried a lot about it to. It’s really not worth worrying over since everyone goes out in the sun and only a hand full get melanoma. Please don’t let that fear keep you inside the house.

Hi, I suffered very bad anxiety and tried medication but gave up after a week because of the side effects and I wanted to try and beat it on my own but I couldn’t and a few weeks later I tried medication again and stuck with it. I felt amazing and after 6 months I came off it to have a baby. My baby is now 4 months old and my anxiety has come back so I have started on medication again. The side effects are horrible and my anxiety is through the roof but I’m going to stick with it. If I were you I would give medication A try and some counselling. I really want cbt

Do you take Vitamin D3 to compensate the lack of sunshine on your body? It's a vital vitamin.

Then I suggest getting a Vitamin D3 4000 IU supplement and start immediately! Depending on how deficient you are you will notice changes (all natural) within days of taking them. Get a good brand without cheap fillers. You might also want to pick up a B12 supplement as well (sublingual - melts under the tongue for direct absorption). It could take a while before your balance is restored but you will feel a lot better than you do now.
