Hi just looking for some help.. it all started when I had my baby 8 weeks ago (third baby never felt like this before)
I instantly felt weak when I gave birth due to big blood loss. had so many problems since. Basically I really think I have something wrong with my heart/circulation/ aneurysm or a blood clot or something?!
I will list my symptoms below and see if anyone has the same.
Sickness
Severe Diarrhea
Chest Pain Upper Left
Goes down arm tingling
Upper abdominal pain going round to back
Throbbing stomach sensation
Painful stomach to touch near belly button
Rapid heartbeat sometimes
Headache
Feeling of someone sat on chest at Neck
Veins become really visible in chest
Tingling in legs and feet
Ok so I prob have more symptoms but listed my main ones. Been to Doctors numerous time and had many blood tests that all show everything is OK? I can't accept that and I believe they've missed something. I have a fear that I'm going to die and not see my babys grow up. I've cried that much I have no tears left. I've complained that much to get further testing but get no where. I'm struggling to eat. This is not me at all I'm normally a happy go Larry fun person who loves life and at the moment I'm not I've had enough! Everytime I go to ane or doctors I feel they see how many times I've been and straight away put it down to anxiety. I'm at my whits end where do I go for help. Is it really anxiety? can that really do all this when I've never ever suffered before?

Hi,
So sorry you are feeling so rotten.
We obviously can't diagnose on here, you do have a lot of symptoms and they could well be anxiety. Have you ever had anxiety before?
One question? If you had such a big blood loss, were you given a transfusion? have you been put on iron? vitamin B12?

No this was my 3rd child never suffered anxiety before. I wasn't given a transfusion I was put on iron medication only took for a while because made me sick but apparently iron levels are now fine. Was low on vitamin d and b12 I had an injection incase it was that which was making me feel bad but didn't help?

sorry you are going through all of this. I do know the feeling of having unexplainable sensations. years ago I also thought the doctors missed something as I had numerous physical sensations many of which are similar to yours. All my testing came back normal for many years. I too had and still occasionally have the tingling sensations, in arms and legs, headache, random pains , Abdominal pain as well as occasional irritable bowel,. Ringing in my ears, floaters in my eyes, plus many more.
at some point I had to consider that all or most of these symptoms were due to underlying anxiety and stress. Because it started in my late 20s and I am now in my 60s and nothing has really come of these symptoms that has been serious. Because I’m still here.
do know that underlying anxiety and stress can affect any part of the body and bring on other conditions. For example, the anxiety that I was suffering for years brought on gastritis which caused the stomach pain and irritable bowel syndrome. The anxiety also brought on the tinnitus and eye floaters , The headaches and head pressure, the tingling, neck pain which I currently have, rapid heartbeat, . It lowers our immune system so we pick up viruses easier, etc.
its highly unlikely that the testing missed something. Those tests are quite precise. That is a very common thing that people say when symptoms are difficult to explain. It’s very common in people who have anxiety .Think if there’s anything in your life that may possibly be causing you some anxiety. I started working on reducing my stress and anxiety which has helped a lot. It was either that or succumb to endless testing for the rest of my life which I refuse to do. I also got into some counseling which is very helpful. I do hope you find some relief with all of this and I’m sure it is definitely possible to do that. Get some support for this! It’s very difficult to try to do alone. I hope you feel better soon take care of yourself
