Health anxiety? Hypochondriac?

Ever since I've had my last worst panic attack (Ending of February), I have been tracking my pulse, oxygen level, blood pressure... I do this for assurance for myself, but it's becoming a big deal. If something doesn't look right, I automatically google it or jump to conclusions..
I freak myself out a bit, so I seek assurance from a friend who is kind of in the medical field and she helps me a bit.. I don't know what to do, really..

If you have had a physical and cleared by the doctor (s), that nothing is physically is wrong, your behavior is very typical for anxiety-ridden people. I check my blood pressure from time to time, many times over until I can get it down to what is normal. I have had panic attacks in the past, and I am not so sure that I don't have petite (using seizure terminology) panic attacks now from time to time. I know panic attacks from the past, I have experienced them. I have come to the conclusion that some anxiety attacks mimic some of the symptoms of panic attacks, so I distinguish between outright panic attacks (which can be very scary) to petite panic attack-like symptoms and just anxiety, which I seem to have daily. Years ago, when I thought there was something wrong with my heart, I sought the attention of doctors, was told there was nothing wrong, but due to the newness and the intensity of the panic attacks, I didn't understand that nerves can make your body feel sick. Palpitations, muscle tension, feelings of uneasiness, panic attacks, etc., eventually drove me to taking valium. Now, I am on klonopin, and I still have to take them occasionally to relax. Hang in there, and try to seek a "thoughtful" solution as to why you are suffering from anxiety/panic. There is a reason for anxiety, usually mental/emotional. What is happening in your life or has happened? I believe anxiety can be passed on as a trait, my mother was very anxious and to the point of neurotic with social anxiety. As she explained her life growing up, her personality and her trauma combined to make her an anxious person. However, understanding is the key.
Take care jess

Thank you!
I was diagnosed with panic disorder two years ago. I just don't take medication for it because I'm stubborn. Pretty sure it's because of bad relationships that have led me to develop this.
