health anxiety is haunting me

hi guys i cant stop worrying every thing going on a the moment ive got a cold virus but i cant stop thinking ive got something much worse i have head pains which ive had for 20 years ive had anxiety since a child im in my 40s now had to give up alcohol 4 years ago im just wondering if i drank for years to cover my anxiety im having help now with anxiety its not so much panick now but more ocd and health anxiety

    I also suffer from health anxiety, are the pains like stabbing pains because I get stabbing pains in my head because of health anxiety

    We live on the edge all the time so any flare up of a chrinic condition or illness, especiially colds, sinus..set us off. Its a very delicate balance dealing with an anxiety disorder.

    This is me right now I'm convinced I have a tumor in my brain , I have the ultimate headache , I have a shaky feeling and a nervous feeling my head feels like there is this tight band around it , head pressure blurred vision periodically , watering eyes , and burning scalp , heart palos and the list goes on smh and my period is on ughhhhhhh this is a nightmare I swear something is wrong with my brain it feel like I'm going to just drop dead at any moment

      I've felt like that before. It's anxiety. To make you feel better I'd make a doctor appointment

      I've been to doctors , I've been to the neurologist I've had a MRI of the brain , head neck , all clear. I've had blood work over 5 times and clear , I've seen a endocrinologist for my hormones and thyroids all.clear, a headache specialists cleared me . I'm healthy based on what doctors say , but I still feel awful with these head sensations

      Yup they sent me to a psychiatrist and they diagnosed me with panic disorder and anxiety and depression, but I feel that the anxiety and panic.disorder is what's making me get depressed . and its at a all time high when my menstrual is near and fully on

      Yes, my anxiety causes my depression. I've been crying today because my anxiety is so high I feel like I'm going to come out of my skin. I'm getting ready to start my cycle this week. I know that's why. I'm so tired of being nauseous too.

      Yes its the worst around that time of the month trust me I know first hand how that is . anxiety sucks

      I'm due shortly as well and my anxiety is through the roof...I've had multiple panic attacks since Friday. ...and I started in an AD last tues....fml
