Hey Everyone,

so I'm a young guy 23 and I work in a physical job so I would say I am generally fit.

I have fear of my health such as hear attacks brain tumours ect

I was firstly paranoid about a brain tumour which I had an MRI done and it's completely clear but now I am worried about having a heart attack.

for the past month I've been getting like weakness and numbness in my left arm and its always my left never my right and in the left side of my chest so I automatically assume it's a heart attack I just want some reassurance that it is my anxiety and I'm not the only one feeling these sensations.

Thanks Everyone

anxiety can produce all types of symptoms including pain anywhere. At your age it’s unlikely that you are having heart issues however it’s A good idea to discuss it with your doctor. Nobody on this site can tell you that anxiety is definitely the cause. Only a doctor can.

try to keep your mind calm and relaxed as much as you can.

I find that it’s best to just get things checked out when they continue that way you can have peace of mind when everything turns out OK. some people obsessively visit the doctor for every tiny ache or pain. People get aches and pains all the time. , pulled muscles and other non-serious things can cause sensations. If they don’t go away within a reasonable amount of time then they should speak to the doctor. that’s my suggestion since you’ve had it for a month. take care!
