Hey Everyone,
So about a month in a half back I felt woozy at a restaurant sudden palpitations and I panicked. Called an ambulance and went to the ER. Did did EKGs, bloodwork , and all was fine so I was sent home. I was okay for a day or two until it happened again. Went to the ER again and blood work, EKG and chest x rays were fine again. Since then Ive also had sever stomach issues so I went to a gastro and he believed it was Acid Reflex but i also had headaches and felt it was from my neck so I got a neck x ray and all was fine. Ive started therapy but I feel very jittery and scared and dont feel like myself at all. I dont feel like I actually get dizzy but almost like a mini faint feeling sometimes until I relax. Therapist says she believes that I have GAD with Panic. Since i have severe health anxiety and since ive had the eye twitching and pressure above one eye mostly , and occasional muscle twitching Ive put in my head that I have something in my head. I also have massive upoer body aches, and neck pain with a really stiff feeling. I was in the hospital again yesterday and did a blood again with thyroid this time and blood clots and all was great. Im freaking out daily and just feel nauseaus daily although that has gotten better. Ive also felt some muscle weakness and wake up panicky with internal vibrations. Has anyone experienced any of this ? Im super scared

sounds like you do have anxiety and panic. You have all the symptoms of that. I’ve had all of those and more in all my tests also come out normal. The muscle twitching is a very common sensation when you have anxiety. I’ve had those on and off for years but now I basically ignore them because I know they are not harmful. Then they do go away. No big deal.
I have had the neck issues, headaches, neck pain, stomach issues including gastritis which is now resolved, muscle aches and pains, palpitations, lightheadedness, and several more.
Keep in mind that your testing was all normal. That is huge!
when it comes to the stomach issue, anxiety and stress can definitely disrupt the stomach, intestines. That’s because anxiety and stress increase the acid in those areas.
the Best thing you can do is try to reduce your levels of anxiety and stress. That way the sensations will diminish or go away.
you can get some counseling to get to the bottom of why you have the anxiety and learn some coping methods. . That’s the main thing because it’s the anxiety causing the symptoms
the more you scare yourself, the more you will have these sensations. I know that from experience. If your testing was all normal then your sensations seem to point to anxiety and stress. You can get help for that!
