Health Anxiety upper thigh feels swollen but isnt

I'm 16 and I freak out over everything, especially my health. I'm always convincing myself that I have cancer or some serious disease. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a lot of tension in my left thigh and I've been so focused on it and by me doing that, I think I'm making it worse. It now feels like my upper thigh is swollen. I believe I pulled a muscle or something. It's not a bump. I think my mind is creating this "swelling" but what do you guys think about it. Is it nerve inflammation? Pls help, I keep on thinking it's cancer

Enough stress can cause you to beleieve theres a problem. My anxiety can cause whole body aches. I think its due to being so tense all the time.  You need to allow your mind to rest. Take time, find out what helps you relax the mind and then the body.

    Good luck x

all these tense muscles are annoying! I hate how my mind just jumps to the worst conclusions, it drives me nuts! I'll have to try to find a way not to tense up as much because it just leaves me in pain. Than you for the help
