I have call people Birming ham. Tell them I had stroke so can have home vizit. Them say no2  i stil HAVE go? I cany twalk! can but hwrd mix up. and week lef side no usz levft hand. a n wulk drag levft leg i am 52. Help no no wot 2 do rolleyes......i iz cri cuz am lone an peple no listen me wen cal..My bwrain unstand jut cany getz out wen twlk. help iz scard

    Get a supporting letter from your Doc and ask for the asment two be tapet get someone two come with you if you can allso if your not well enough two go ask for a home asment hope this help

      If you get a taxe mack Shure they pay Better still have a home visist

    If you could phone your Citizens Advice Bureau and explain to them your full situation I am sure that if they cannot help you they will put you in touch with someone who can help you.

    So sorry you have been afflicted by this debilitating illness, I am having my assessment at home next week, I just rang and explained my circumstances and told them they have xrays/medical records etc and they changed it, I am unable to walk and in wheelchair and it would be too long a time to be in it, over 3 hours.

    No problem so get paperwork etc together send it and ring them . good luck
