Is anything in your life going on right now that could be causing you anxiety and stress? Since your testing is all normal, it’s a good idea to think about if anything like that is going on. Stress and anxiety can cause the sensations that you have.

the stomach issues, chest issues, tingling feeling in your back are very common with anxiety.my long-term anxiety has resulted in occasional gastritis which is very painful in the stomach area, I get random tingling in my legs, face, etc. over the years I’ve had chest pressure , floaters in my eyes, buzzing or vibration feeling in my arms and legs, and on and on. All my testing has always been normal so I know mine is due to stress and anxiety over many years.

its very possible that the same thing is happening with you.

i had to learn how to relax my mind and body are still at the Sensations would decrease or go away.if possible speak with a counselor about this so that you can get some support and learn how to manage it. The main thing is that your testing was all normal.feel better soon!

It's reassuring to know you have had the tests done which are all OK. Anxiety has a lot to answer for!

I have had an uncomfortable feeling feeling for a while on my right side like something under my rib feels tight sometimes like a pressure mostly it's when I'm sitting down. I saw the doctor who said doesent think it's anything to worry about but if it gets painful can go for tests. it's not painful but it's still there that feeling but I keep thinking is it just because it's on my mind am I causing it to happen? It does seem common for anxiety to cause symptoms but then you still question it in yr mind which then makes it worse, it's a vicious circle!!

Doesent really answer yr question I know but Try and take comfort in that u have had tests done.
