Did anyone see that programme last night about the different diets in the world and which country had the worst and best? Iceland came top.

But we can all follow a healthy diet whichever country we live in.

In some countries they are finding it hard to get fresh or healthy food and get swamped with lots of junk food, then they get diabetes or get fat etc.

I guess that's where supplements come into place. As much as other people hate them question is what do you do when you need or lack certain vitamins and minerals in your diet. I was not even aware that there are such countries where you cannot get fresh foods. Nonetheless today's life does not really afford us to plany our own veggies because of time. There's just not enough time to do that hence we live on frozen foods but there's still a choice if you don't want to buy frozen stuff. I am really amazed.
