Healthy Anxiety: Throat & Swollen Lymph Nodes

I want to state that I do suffer from extreme health anxiety, however, I do believe may be sick. i cannot figure out if its just the common cold/sinus infection or some of my acid reflux/heartburn issues are a contributing factor. It is also important to note I do have some serious TMJ issues going on which showed up on my recent MRI. Anyways, my question/issue is my lymph nodes being swollen is causing me to panic almost every hour theough out the day and has caused me to have a hard time eating. my lymph nodes already feel swollen then when I have anxiety I feel as if i can't swallow which leads to dry mouth and makes everything worse. Are there any tips/tricks to managing the swollen lymph nodes while having the "I feel like I cant swallow" anxiety?

Somedays I go insane with this anxiety and its nice knowing their is a community of others who can be supportive.

lymph nodes get swollen because they are most likely fighting off an infection of some sort. Especially if your throat is sore. It could be a sinus infection, strep throat, etc. I would advise that you go get checked out at your doctors or you could go to an urgent care to see

if its something bacterial, you may need an antibiotic. It may be a virus and in that case you would not need an antibiotic. then you would know what’s going on and get the proper treatment. You wouldn’t have to be anxious.
