Heard a bit about evening primrose oil for peri -- has anyone tried it?

I tried it and it gave me terrible gas pains and stomach issues,. Some people do well with it, but I couldn't tolerate it.

Oh thank you for sharing! So it didn't do much for peri symptoms? Or not enough to make it worthwhile I guess?

I was only able to take it for a few days, so I really didn't give it a chance for the perimenopause symptoms, I just couldn't tolerate it.

i have been using evening primrose for years. Was first given it by the breast clinic foe painful cysts. Have taken it ever since and i find it help some with symptoms. It all depends on how well your body tolerates it i suppose. Worth a try
