heart rate is normal but feels strong and hear it in ears

    Very normal in anxiety. Also because your thinking about you can hear it more. Like if you think of a pain in your leg or something you can feel it more. It's physiological a lot of time. Don't worry. pm me if you need anything X

    I had that feeling also , my heart was beating so hard I could feel it throughout my entire body like it was going to beat out of my chest , i felt it the most in my head and ears , ugh hate it

    You have tinnitus. There are many forms. Low salt diet is important! Go to dentist a tmj specialist and see if you have tmj it can cause this. Blocks the eustatian tube when the muscle gets inflammed or bulks up. (bruxism) a soft splint to sleep with can cqlm it down. Lastly check your blood pressure, either way a low salt diet and a dentist visit. They even have something called tens which is some form of jaw therapy.That would be the starting point. You can go to a ent after you see the dentist and do the low salt diet. I speak from experience. Use a fan at night whilst you sleep you offset the discomfort.
