Heart and back pain

Hi everyone,

For about a week I suddenly woke up with a sharp pain under my jaw/neck that ran down my throat to my chest and upper back. It's a constant dull ache! I keep getting a discomfort and sharp pain in my chest.

I am 26 year old. I went to emergency due to this. I got a Ecg test done, chest xray done, echo/heart ultrasound done and bloods done.

Everything came back normal. Any ideas what this could be? I am a serve hypochondriac...! But I doesn't feel like anxiety as the ache is constantly there.
