For a start give up the smoking.

Now to the left arm pain, is it there all the time, or does it just come on sometimes?

?Can you afford to buy yourself a hit end fitbit, if so it can and will record what your heart is doing, as in a ECG, which you can download to your computer and look to see if there is any difference in ECG when you have the left arm pain and when you don't. If there is a diffirence I would show it to your regular Dr.  Remote chance it is an electrical issue with your heart, and catching the short circuit is a problem.

?How do I know this, my husband had left arm arm weakness, breathlessness, for 15 months we went backwards and forwards to Dr's and nothing, even visited cardiologists, they could never catch an episode on ECG's, only after the issue was finally resolved, pacemaker installed, his was an electrical issue, left and right branch bundle blocks, didn;t matter so much with left branch bundle block, but when it became both a big problem, our local GP said he should not have dismissed a heart issue husband was 65.

?Left arm pain can be a sign of heart issues, it can also be a pinched nerve in your neck, rotator cuff injury, torn or strained muscle in arm, arthritis in shoulder, Dr's would be inclined to think of other issues before heart issue at your age.

but now for 3 years i feel my heart sinking, lightning and little high blood presure.

i donot feel itching pain in my left arm's vains permanent. and this itching pain is not continues.

some time i feel pain in my chest. now at the time i am writing i feel pain in center of my chest but it is not permanent.

24 cardiologist has been checked my and when the saw my reports they said there is no problem with my heart. it is panic or anxiety problem and they reffers me to physiologists. 5 doctors check me and they said i m jobless and not married in still age of 37 therefore i have to do work and make some routine life. they give me rest pills. i take them and in a result they slow my mind and thinking i forgot things.

but i still thinking i have heart problem and feel shorten in breath.

I want to tell you i m from Pakistan so here average time for a patient is 2 mints and doctors donot discuss me , they said i m ok no need to worry. and advice me to donot google my disease. i m now checking to cardiologist from last 1 and half year. my medicines are indral 40 mg, tri-cardian, seradip 5 mg, and prothadian 25 mg.

i have attack about every week and i run to emergency. and doctors take my ECG and BP and some time give me a tablet to keep under my toung.

last time i ask them that i m tested citi angio 3 year back. may be the heart disease my occurs now but cardiologist said one time citi angio is enough for 10 year.

now i m very distrub. i donot know what is real problem. i said doctors that i feel short blood oxygen in body therefore this is problem, and i will got heart failure. but doctors said no problem.

in usa doctors give 20 mint to a patient. but i m not in usa.

you said me to buy a fitbit. please tell me what type of fitbit i have to buy, if it is possible for you send me a link of fitbit from internet , i m jobless but i will try to buy it online.

please tell me in which country you from? do you know any well qualified cardiologist who can see my reports free and give me his free opinion , i mean without fees.

      thanks

If you have been checked out by cardiologists, I would believe them, they are trained to recognize underlying problems, my husband had problems even getting in to see cardiologist, our GP said there was nothing wrong with him and would not give him a referral, here in Australia you cannot get an apt without a referral from regular GP.

So back to anxiety problems, have you seen anybody a counsellor, what about somebody at your church or mosque, to help you understand what is going on, no use just giving you tablets and hoping your problems go away, you need more than that, again having been there and done that.

37 whats wrong with that, my Dad did not marry until he was 45, and I am his oldest child, unfortunately we were still tooo young when he died at 70, but Mum lived to 90, and she was 15 years younger than Dad.

Working, yes agree with that idea, can you volunteer for a charity or a church or mosque or the like, they are always looking for people to help out with projects and or assisting the poor, preparing meals for the homeless, you may have to search out somewhere, but they must be there somewhere, been there and done that as well, the volunteer work led me to a job, the experience I was able to add to my resume, from there never stopped working until retirement.

hi lyn how are you. again i m thankful to you that you took interest in my problem.

as you know i belongs to Pakistan and it is developing country, but here are top cardiologist in hospital who checked me.

but i have a complaint with them why not they take my problem serious. last week i checked up to an other cardiologist and i asked him why not you are taking my more test to diagnosed my problem. he answer that all test are not save and has side effects so when we don't think these tests are necessary we don't take.

but my problem is still there. today i did walk of 2 kilometer and i saw in watch that i do 2 km in 20 mints. so its mean i do 1 km in 10 mints. after walk i come to home and take rest and after half an hour i took biscuits with tea. but when i finished tea my heart again sinking and drizzling. and i feel coldness in hear. i don't know what is the problem and i m very disturb and worry till now when i m writing to you.

i feel that my heart will failed and i will die. because i feel the symptoms of heart failures. but doctors here in Pakistan don't listen my who conversations. and they check only with stethoscope to place it my back my chest and say me to take long breath and the stop breathing and in the end they said there in no problem you are ok. but i don't understand why my heart is sinking.

dear you ask me to work in mosque but my sect mosque are very far from my home and they have already volunteers . and i m in a poor country they is some many social problems with job problems.

your country is free country but here in our country there are many social limits for us. some limits are useless even we have to follow them.

and the question of doctors from Australia i believe them and trust on them. therefore can you know any doctor who only see my tests reports and satisfied me without fees. if it is possible please help me with any cardiologist.

if you don't mind can i know what do u do and what is your age, can you give me your whtapps number for some important talk not for loose talk. i respect you, you help me.my whtsapp and phone number is same please add me if you don't mind.  0092 333 5403854

      thanks you so much.

No dr's in Australia would help you, not without paying a lot of money, cost husband $1000.00 for an appt for cardiologist and echocardiogram, when local Dr said he was not sick with heart issue, but I just knew he was.

?I am an 67 years old, and crippled with arthiritis, care for my husband, or should I say we care for each other and muddle through.

No I am not going to share phone numbers with you.

Hi Syed17013, Thank you for your comments on left shoulder pain, I've had serious very painful tightness in my left shoulder which started on the lower part of my arm and migrated to the top of my shoulder.  My doctor diagnosed it as "frozen shoulder" and did not suggest a way to cure it.  I also have very cold hands sometimes for no reason whatsoev?er, I wonder if these two ailments are related to circulation - my cholsterol is within the right numberssad
