hi everyone its me (again)

i am so scared i have a heart problem even though i have been tested and more than 1 doctor has said i am perfectly healthy, i get chest pain more like a pinching feeling, i also get it in my arms and my left armpit! a old gentleman said it sounds like angina but i am only 23 and surely if anything was wrong they would of picked it up in the tests?

i get an ache in my chest even with the slightest movement and that makes me stop what i am doing because im scared its a heart attack! i also check my pulse all day everyday, is it normal to go up to 113 bpm when cleaning? even when i walk up the stairs it goes up to 84 bpm

for the past 5 weeks i have been suffering with dizziness and falling sensation 24/7 , i was told it was vertigo and now im told its anxiety because vertigo meds arent working

sorry for the long post im just looking for a little reasurrance x

hey love i commented on your post before i think saying i get the same dizziness as you. Mine is like I’m constantly rocking on a boat and then sometimes I get what I can only describe as an elevator drop feeling and then a bobbing up and down! My ears constantly ache and feel full especially the right one! My throat aches on the right side and my right eye doesn’t feel as alert as the other! I have been told time and time again it’s anxiety after taking 3 different inner ear meds, they gave me sertraline which made my mental health awful so I had to stop. This morning I have just been on the phone to the dr and said I’ve had enough this has been going on since February I can’t live like this and he’s referred me to an ENT specialist who I hope and pray will give me answers. I have convinced myself I have a tumour somewhere even though I’ve had a clear CT scan because I read CT scans can miss small tumours. When you live your every day life feeling like you’re rocking on a boat and nothing works how it used to it’s extremely hard to believe it’s anxiety. I’m tempted to go private and pay hundreds for MRIs just for my peace of mind because it’s destroying me. These chest pains you’re talking about I used to get them, i would get a sudden one that I used to have panic attacks over thinking it was my heart but it turned out I have acid reflux quite bad which actually gives you all those symptoms! Have you thought maybe it could be reflux? Its worth looking into because I was so sure it was my heart and it wasn’t. The mind is so powerful! Can you tell me what your dizziness is like and how long you’ve had it? Is it constant? Does it come on when you make certain movements? It is so bizarre but when I am winding my baby boy tapping his back I feel it badly! It’s like I’m bobbing up and down it petrifies me!!!

hey, the doctor is sending me for an MRI just to put my mind at ease, the feeling is mainly my head, my eyes feel all heavy and tired, my head feels heavy, the dizziness is there 24/7 and has been for 5 weeks now, i have tried 3 different tablets for vertigo and neither have worked! i take fluoxetine 20mg i thought it might be a side effect off them so the doctor told me to have 3 days off them and if the dizziness stops then its them, i did the 3 days and still have dizziness, i feel like im swaying and like i could fall at any point, i dont notice it as much if im busy but i find it hard to keep busy as i worry about my heart and i wonder if i do to much ill have a heart attack! im only 23 and the likelyhood of that happening is very rare x

i have highlighted a few things below but to note a normal resting heart rate is anywhere between 60-100 beats per minute ! if your heart rate is 80 going up stairs your heart is seriously healthy and is fantastic shape what do you expect it to be ???? thats absolutely perfect

Firstly it is normal for your heart rate to be 100 when you climb the stairs ! it is normal for your heart to be 110 when you hoover, Mine clocks in at 171 when im cycling, All these things mean you are alive and well and your heart is working wonderfully !

The main stress on your heart is you worrying about your completely normal heart !

Dizzy classic anxiety ! Palputations, classic anxiety, vertigo and spaced out feelings in your surroundings classic anxiety.

    Listen to your doctor !!

any advice message me and i will try to help

Hi my heart has beaten so fast from anxiety in the past when I was hospital a nurse had her hand on my wrist after she took my blood pressure and they had to sedate me with a valium injection. I have been prescribed propanol which really helps me I no longer wake up at night because I have been having panic attacks and dreaming off someone leaping on my chest and I dont have panic attacks during the day anymore it's like I go to have one but then I stop i take 30 mgs in the morning 20mgs for lunch and 30mgs at night they were originally designed for people with heart problemsto lower their high blood pressure, but they are also used for anxiety

And I'm so sorry you've had this experience I know how horrible it is I was convinced it was my heart for years despite my Doctors telling me it wasn't because of how fast my heart beat
