i’m sorry that you are going through this. People who suffer from anxiety and panic have a difficult time trying to get other people to understand.
Well that’s great that your heart is OK. Now it’s time to manage the anxiety so you don’t get all of those symptoms. acid reflux can cause the pain you were feeling.
Did you get any medication for that?
Avoid Foods that cause acid reflux such as spicy foods, junk foods, a lot of heavy foods like red meat, soda pop, etc. You can find a list of foods to limit or avoid online.
Eat smaller meals several times a day but do not eat three large meals. don’t eat much before going to sleep because that can cause acid reflux when you lay down.
you might want to consider speaking with a counselor who can help you manage the anxiety.
for The panic attacks, practice long slow deep breathing. There are several videos on YouTube that you can watch that will help you with the panic. It’s important to know how to breathe properly when you have anxiety and panic.
I do hope that you get some help with this!take one day at a time and take care of yourself.

hi sorry to hear you have been feeling unwell. i was like you some weeks back and was feeling very frustrated . I took up an online course on natural therapies for anxiety and stress and one of the supplements recommended was L-theanine. It helped me alot though i am still having some niggling physical issues like jaw tension and dizziness . you may google and search . i heard that magnesium also helps.
