Im just out of hospital after a mild heart attack
The hospital decided my blocked artery was too small for a stent so im home with lots of meds. The cause is high cholesterol ( probably familial as my father and grandfather had heart attacks too) Despite being normally calm and positive , I now feel very anxious in case this reoccurs . What should I do?

Heart attack symptoms can last for a few minutes to a few hours. If you have had chest pain continuously for several days, weeks or months, then it is unlikely to be caused by a heart attack
