I am sorry that you are going through this. I know it can feel scary.anxiety and panic attacks often cause symptoms such as pain that mimic something serious. That’s why a lot of people get so scared.

During anxiety, adrenaline is released which causes all kinds of symptoms that are not harmful. then when we keep thinking about our symptoms, the panic increases which creates more symptoms. So it’s a vicious circle.

the main thing to do is to get your mind relaxed so that the symptoms subside.

One really good way to do this is by practicing the proper breathing for anxiety. You can find this on YouTube. I do it several times a day and it relaxes everything and lowers the heart rate. it also keeps you out of your head so that you’re not constantly thinking about the panic and symptoms. Plus it corrects the oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange so that you’re not getting too much carbon dioxide.

there are also some great panic reducing talks while you are in the middle of having a panic attack. They talk you through it.

If you just can’t seem to get a handle on your anxiety, I would suggest that you speak with a counselor who can help. This is very difficult to try to do alone because we don’t really have the tools or enough knowledge about it to help ourselves.

I do virtual counseling once a week and it’s great!

Getting A good physical check up will give you peace of mind. I do hope you feel better soon!
