Heart Attack or Anxiety?

21 year old female.
I've been having left arm pain, a burning sensation that would also radiate to my neck jaw, and shoulder blades (as well as between them). My left wrist would also go tight. Dizziness, nausea, and headache/migraine. And this would happen all at the same time almost. The only thing different is that my breathing is perfectly normal, save for feeling like I need to take a deep breath every now and then.
Been to the ER plenty of times already. In fact, I've been to three different ones. And almost half those times the paramedics took me. Had EKGs up the wazoo, placed on a monitor for a couple hours, tons of blood tests, and about 3 or more echocardiograms. All turned out normal. Doctors are a little worried about my elevated BP and heart rate, but nothing that says DANGER. They all assumed that it was because of anxiety. It did lower after a while.
I would also go to urgent care just to be on the safe side. EKG normal there as well.
I'm still very worried that this could be a warning sign of what's to come. Would tests pick up on early signs?
Luckily, I do have a cardiologist. I've been diagnosed with pericarditis (not at all severe or constricting) so I am being monitored. I've also been having heart palpitations so I will be placed on a heart monitor. Problem is, my next appointment won't be until 3 weeks later.
Yes, I am very worried. The pain is nearly constant now. Before, it came and went. But now it's practically all the time. It woke me up a couple times as well.
I also have anxiety issues. I have a new psychiatrist but I won't be able to see them until mid October.
I'm wondering, can anxiety really cause all these symptoms? I mean, I've had left arm pain before, but having it radiate to other parts of my body... that's something completely new. And I told the doctors about it. But apparently... everything is normal... The ER doctors aren't even sure of what to think of it.
I'm also wondering if I should have an angiogram done. Or a cardiac MRI. But I mean, dozens of EKGs from different hospitals and a handful of echocardiograms would make a heart attack very least likely, yeah?
I'm just sitting here still having pain and I don't know what to think of it anymore.

I'm glad things are improving for you! And it's good to know that I'm not alone. It's just very worrysome, all of these feelings and such. I can't tell what's an emergency and what's stress anymore.
But thank you for the support and I'm very happy things are getting much better for you. c:

Wow danisha that's a lot to go true I can tell you something every thing you have just said I have been true my self so I no just a little do not take warnings sigh lightly but you have been too a lot of doctors who said it could be anxiety you our having all the right tests for your heart & you our doing something about your anxiety in my case it took years of suffering with this for me to find a way to control my anxiety instead of it controlling me as I found out you only die once but in my head I lost count on how many time I taught I was dying I am still here writing

I'm very glad I'm not alone, thank you for this. Made me feel a bit better about the situation. It's just frightening because the lines have been blurred between what warrants an actual emergency and what is just me stressing out all the time. I'm so afraid that one day, I'll mistake my symptoms for just anxiety when in reality is was actually an emergency. :c
I just don't know what to think anymore, but thank you so much for this. I'm going to try and remember your words.
