hi all.... i have gotten a complete work up of my heart about 6 months ago including a echo, stress test and blood test. but now Im having left arm pain again and indigestion... my question is should I be worried about my heart again or if everything was good six months ago I shouldn't be worried?I almost wanted to go in to get an EKG done but I'm trying to not do that.

all should be OK. try relaxing and breathing properly. You can go to YouTube and listen to a short meditation called don’t panic. She guides you through proper breathing so that you calm down.

there are many other meditations on there for sleep, anxiety, etc.

try these things. See if they calm you down.

You always have the option of going to the emergency room. but six months ago isn’t very far back.

    take care!

Sound like anxiety, unless you are aged 50-70 with high blood pressure, an unhealthy lifestyle and have never had any heart tests before. Since you have had tests 6 months ago, anxiety sounds the most likely. An echocardiogram searches for congenital defects - since this is all clear you only have to worry about age-related lifestyle heart issues.

If you are concerned you could always get a personal lead 1 ECG device, such as Kardia mobile.
