Hi Jayne  I have only had 1 episode of this heart thing  I thought I was going to faint

when I got off the bus.   I went to A & E and after several tests I was told it was

Sinus Arrthymia  Something to do with the heart being unable to keep up with the breathing.  All to do with the Bronchiactisis  I have had Bronchactisis for the past ten years

Dont know your age Jayne but I am in my early 70s andhave had an irregular heartbeat for many years along with tight painful chest but always given the all cleAr & advised to stop doing so much. Been under a lot of stressasa carer the last few years and had a mini stroke 6 months ago. Put on blood thinners. Whethe the stroke or the meds I dont know... but since missing heart beats

for 30 years I now hav regular rythym.Just a thought.

You dont have to pump iron and push your energy to the extreme and put your body under stress to be fit. Good diet and plenty

of walking or regular gardening even is just as good. Hope you

    improve.
