Heart beat and body vibration

Hello

Can anyone suggest following problem related to nervous system problem?

sometimes my body get kind of vibration and heart beats my left leg feel like no energy kind of and left knees feel like kind if pain and body also feel like this time no energy sometimes when i walk i feel that kind of going to a side.

i checked heart no problem diabetes check no problem and thyroxine also normal .checked kidney no problems. stools check no problem.

i have medical history in depression but i used to take medicine and stop for few years .

sometimes gastric problems comes this time under stomach pain and penis feel like burn sometimes and sometimes bit pain. stomach get air quickly hungry comes after go to toilet sometimes hungry occurs body feel hot

mucus i have often get mucus in throat

i want to know this body vibration and heart beat problem related to nervous system or for mucus in chest something like that or stomach gastric problems make this or depression related symptoms?
